Delete from the app
- Open Deal Hunter and go to Settings.
- Under Account, choose Account Management.
- Choose Delete Deal Hunter cloud data.
- Review the warning and confirm deletion.
The request is authenticated and starts a durable deletion job that automatically retries if a service is temporarily unavailable.
Data that is deleted
- Deal Hunter’s IsThereAnyDeal OAuth authorization and webhook records.
- The account mapping, connected sessions, and IsThereAnyDeal links across devices.
- Personal notifications, notification state, pending operations, and synchronized alert settings.
- Pending personal notification deliveries within Deal Hunter.
What is not deleted or cancelled
- Your IsThereAnyDeal account and data controlled by IsThereAnyDeal.
- Your App Store or Google Play subscription. Manage or cancel it through the store where it was purchased.
- Non-account installation, security, or transaction records Nyxra Digital must retain to deliver purchases, prevent abuse, or comply with law.
Why deletion is available only in the app
Deal Hunter does not retain an email address or other direct personal identifier that could be used to locate a user’s cloud data from an external request. Because an installation identifier alone cannot authenticate its owner, cloud-data deletion is available only through the authenticated in-app process.
